What is the job like, really?

As a Lead Integration Consultant at Vincit, you will take a central role in our clients' success. This position is about more than just technical leadership; it’s about owning the client relationship within your area of expertise. You will act as a trusted advisor, innovating and strategizing to solve complex challenges. By deeply understanding your clients' business, you will not only ensure the success of current SAP Integration projects but also proactively identify and open new avenues of work, building a vibrant pipeline of challenging and rewarding engagements.

You'll join a large and skillful crowd of SAP experts (over 150), but you'll also work extensively with the entire Vincit ecosystem – which means you'll get to bounce ideas and develop your own expertise with great minds.

What are we looking for?

• Proven Expertise in SAP Integration: This role requires 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite and a solid understanding of the broader SAP ecosystem. Process and technical expertise in SAP S/4HANA is highly valued, and knowledge of SAP PI/PO and other integration platforms is a strong plus.

• Client-Focused Innovator: Your ability to independently engage with clients, understand their business and needs, and translate these into robust technical requirements will set you apart.

• Language: Fluency in English is essential for effective collaboration with our international client base and internal teams. Finnish language skills are considered a significant advantage.
