About the role

As a Lead Engineer, you will play a central role in the technical development and change management of sub-systems and components within automated product platforms. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure alignment with system architects and stakeholders, and contribute to the overall direction of key product roadmaps. Work tasks

-Lead R&D projects in line with sub-system roadmaps and stakeholder requirements
-Coordinate cross-functional development teams and manage project delivery

-Oversee prototyping, testing, and system integration activities
-Manage risks, schedules, and resource planning

We are looking for

-5+ years of experience in Mechatronics, Robotics, or Automation
-3+ years in project management (PMP/Agile/SAFe certification seen as a plus)
-Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and software engineering
-Knowledge of relevant technical standards and design tools
-Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
-Fluent in English (written and spoken)
