Arctic GM in Rovaniemi is seeking an experienced Tour Guide to lead high-quality tours in Lapland. Candidates must have a valid legal permit to work in the Schengen Area and a Category B driving license. Strong English skills and previous tourism industry experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Permitted to work in the Schengen Area without sponsorship.
• Valid Category B driving license recognized in Finland, Norway & Sweden.
• Experience in the tourism industry with references.
• Strong English skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Ambition to provide top-tier guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide tours in Rovaniemi, Levi, Tromsø or Kiruna.
• Drive guests safely to and from tour locations.
• Deliver commentary about Lapland's culture, nature, and history.
• Ensure guest safety and satisfaction during experiences.
• Assist with tour logistics and coordination.
