Your Role

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts across the Nordic region.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle: from RFP/RFI responses to closing deals and maintaining long-term partnerships.
  • Retain and grow strategic accounts by identifying upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and issue resolution.
  • Develop account plans and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to inform business strategy.

Your Qualifications

  • Familiarity with hospitality operations and decision-makers is a strong advantage.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and negotiate with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar), sales reporting, and pipeline development.
  • Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel across the region for client and internal meetings.

The Offer

  • Join a forward-thinking company with cutting-edge hospitality solutions.
  • Work in a hybrid model with office days and regional travel.
  • Dynamic, international team culture with growth opportunities.
  • Performance-driven environment with clear targets and development paths.
  • Benefits package including bonus potential and flexible working support.
