We are expanding our Key Account Manager team within our Diagnostics team in Finland. The essence of Key Account Manager work is a comprehensive understanding of our customer needs. This role reports to Area Sales Manager Finland. This role is home based and will involve frequent travel to customer sites throughout Finland but with the main focus on the greater Uusimaa area. Overnight travel to customers sites, throughout Finland, also required as needed. Driver’s license is mandatory.

Responsibilities
  • Full sales and budget responsibility for your Accounts in Finland, co-operating with our internal Product Experts, Customer Service and Back Office teams.
  • Develop existing business opportunities and market segments to expand market share by proactive sales activities and mapping of potential customers.
  • Build and sustain excellent relationships with key stakeholders / key opinion leaders at customer accounts and within our organization, to maintain a continuous dialogue and clear communication on ongoing needs.
  • Responsible for the charge of evaluating, controlling, supervising and execution of both existing and future customer long-term contracts.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Science or related discipline.
  • Previous sales/business development industry experience in healthcare industry, preferably in laboratory diagnostics.
  • Willingness to travel, both in country and abroad for work purposes (driver’s license is mandatory).
  • Fluent in both Finnish and English (written and spoken).
  • Experience in full lifecycle sales, especially post-sales implementation projects would be of benefit.
