We are now looking for a Key Account Director to join our Foodservice & Liquid Board business area as responsible for our key customer Tetra Pak. The position will be based primarily in our Head Offices or key European markets.

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Key Account Director for Tetra Pak, who will lead and develop this essential business relationship. This role is pivotal in driving value creation for the customer and driving the growth in liquid packaging with performance measured by customer gross margin. You will report to SVP Product & Sales and interact closely with other Business Areas, Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain, Operations, Sustainability and Innovation and R&D.
As Key Account Director you have the overall responsibility for leading and developing the customer relationship and building and implementing the account strategy and roadmap. You will act as the respected ambassador for Stora Enso in all customer interactions, from factory floor to CEO.
In addition, working capital and price management, supply chain optimization and protecting and developing customer profitability is one of the focus areas in this role. You are responsible for leading the account team in a matrix organisation and monitoring and following up on performance and customer interactions. You will also have an active role in developing the customer offering and product portfolio in cooperation with Product Management.

Qualifications
We expect you to have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant area and a strong track record managing international customer accounts. You partner and cooperate effectively across a broad group of stakeholders. Strong leadership skills and capability to lead in matrix are necessities in this role in addition to solid project management and coordination skills. Your communication should be fluent in both verbal and written English. In addition, frequent travelling is required.
