Job summary

Siivousalan yritys etsii kerroshoitajia Tampereelle, jossa tarjoamme mahdollisuuden työskennellä kansainvälisessä ympäristössä. Työ on osa-aikainen, 10-20 tuntia viikossa, ja palkka määräytyy kiinteistöpalvelualan työehtosopimuksen mukaan. Tehtävässä vaaditaan positiivista asennetta, asiakaspalvelutaitoa ja kykyä työskennellä tiimissä. Työt alkavat heti sopivan henkilön löydyttyä ja jatkuvat 31.12.2025 asti.

Työskentelypaikkasi tulee työsuhteen alussa olemaan hotellissa, jossa työtä tehdään maanantaista sunnuntaihin, pääsääntöisesti aamuvuoroissa. Tehtävässä työskentelet asiakaskohteessamme ja vastaat hotellihuoneiden siisteydestä sekä muista puhtaanapitopalveluihin liittyvistä asiakaspalvelutehtävistä.

Tarjoamme sinulle määräaikaista ja osa-aikaista työsuhdetta, 10-20 tuntia viikossa. Työ alkaa mahdollisimman pian, heti sopivan henkilön löydyttyä, ja päättyy 31.12.2025. Palkka määräytyy kiinteistöpalvelualan työntekijöitä koskevan työehtosopimuksen mukaisesti ja riippuu työtehtävistäsi. Harjoittelupalkka on 11,03€/h, jonka jälkeen tehtävästä riippuen 12,26€/h-12,88€/h.

Tehtävässä menestyminen edellyttää positiivista asennetta, halua oppia uutta ja kykyä toimia luotettavana ja huolellisena tiimipelaajana. Asiakasystävällinen työskentelytapa ja kyky luoda positiivinen ilmapiiri työyhteisöön ovat tärkeitä ominaisuuksia. Aiempi kokemus ja/tai koulutus siivoustyöstä katsotaan eduksi, mutta ei ole välttämätöntä.

Työt eivät edellytä suomen kielen hyvää taitoa, mikäli englannin kielitaitosi on sujuva, tällöin auttava suomen kielen taito riittää. Mikäli et ole Suomen kansalainen, sinulla tulee olla jo tehtävää haettaessa voimassa oleva työlupa.

At the beginning of your employment, your workplace will be a hotel where work is carried out from Monday to Sunday, mainly during morning shifts. In this role, you will work at our customer site and be responsible for the cleanliness of hotel rooms and other customer service tasks related to cleaning services.

We offer a fixed-term, part-time employment contract of 10–20 hours per week. The work will begin as soon as the right person is found and will continue until December 31, 2025. The salary is determined according to the collective agreement for property services employees and depends on your duties. The trainee salary is €11.03/hour, after which it ranges between €12.26/hour and €12.88/hour depending on the position.

To succeed in this role, you should have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work reliably and carefully as part of a team. A customer-friendly approach and the ability to create a positive atmosphere in the workplace are important qualities. Previous experience and/or education in cleaning work are considered an advantage but are not required.

Fluency in Finnish is not necessary if your English skills are good — in that case, a basic knowledge of Finnish is sufficient. If you are not a Finnish citizen, you must already have a valid work permit when applying for the position.
