About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Technical Marketing Consultant to join our growing team and support the delivery of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to grow in the field of digital marketing technology.

In this role, you'll work closely with senior consultants and clients to help implement, test, and optimize Adobe-based marketing solutions. You’ll receive mentoring, on-the-job training, and support in developing both your technical and consulting skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in configuring and testing Adobe Experience Cloud tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Adobe Target, etc.)

  • Support senior consultants in gathering requirements and documenting solutions.

  • Participate in client meetings as a listener or junior contributor.

  • Help prepare reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.

  • Stay up to date with new Adobe features and digital marketing trends.

  • Learn how to troubleshoot basic issues and provide first-line support under supervision.


What We’re Looking For

Must-Have:

  • Interest in digital marketing, analytics, or marketing technologies.

  • Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript — even at beginner level).

  • Some familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar).

  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn from peers and clients.

  • Fluency in a Nordic language (Finnish or Norwegian); English is also required.

Nice to Have:

  • University degree (completed or in progress) in marketing, communications, computer science, business, or related field.

  • Experience with any tag management system (Adobe Launch, GTM, Tealium).

  • Basic skills in SQL or data reporting tools.

  • Previous internship or student job related to marketing, tech, or consulting.
