Job summary

NetNordic Finland is seeking a Junior Security Analyst to join our 24/7 Security Operations Center in Turku, Finland. You will analyze, handle and escalate security incidents using SIEM tools and monitor client environments for anomalies.

Training through the SOC Academy is provided, with a transition to shift work after completion. You should have an IT-related degree and demonstrate genuine interest in cybersecurity, plus strong teamwork and communication in Finnish and English.

Qualifications

• Fundamental understanding of cybersecurity concepts and practices.
• Relevant IT-related degree.
• Good teamwork and a customer-focused mindset.
• Strong communication skills in Finnish and English.
• Willingness to work in shifts (day and night).
• Ability to pass security clearance vetting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, handle, and escalate security incidents in the SOC.
• Monitor customers' cybersecurity posture and respond to anomalies.
• Maintain situational awareness of cyber threats and report findings.
• Participate in SOC Academy training provided by NetNordic.
• Transition to shift work after training; 24/7 rotating shifts.
