We’re now looking for a Junior Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our growing team and take ownership of a client portfolio while learning from senior peers. This is a role for someone who thrives on responsibility, learns fast, and is motivated to grow into a world-class CSM.

What You’ll Do

As a Junior CSM at Shook, you’ll be directly responsible for ensuring our clients succeed. You’ll manage your own set of accounts from day one, supported by experienced teammates as you ramp up.

• Take full ownership of your client portfolio, building trust and long-term relationships.
• Lead onboarding and ensure customers adopt and succeed with the Shook platform and methodology.
• Monitor creative performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to clients.
• Collaborate closely with our Product team to relay customer feedback, shape features, and support adoption.
• Partner with Creative, AI, and Performance teams to deliver measurable client impact.
• Spot upsell/expansion opportunities and work with leadership to capture them.
• Help continuously improve the scalable playbooks and processes that make Shook’s customer success practice stronger.

Who You Are

We’re looking for a fast learner with ambition to grow, curiosity for AI and automation, and motivation to help leading brands succeed in digital marketing.

• Strong communication skills (verbal & written) in English (others, especially German, Spanish, Italian are a plus but no Finnish required)
• Curious about AI, automation, and the future of advertising.
• A natural relationship-builder with empathy and confidence.
• Highly organized, able to prioritize and manage multiple accounts.
• Analytical mindset, comfortable working with performance data and metrics.
• Motivated to work at the intersection of customer success, product, and performance marketing.
• Previous exposure to digital marketing, paid social, SaaS, or creative tech is a plus.
• High learning capacity, you pick things up quickly and thrive in a high-growth environment (things really change constantly and you need to enjoy that
