Are you an ambitious law student looking for a part-time job in an entrepreneurial and international environment? Maybe the role of Junior Compliance Manager based in Helsinki, is the right opportunity for you!

As Junior Compliance Manager you will be responsible for Compliance in Nordics (mainly in relation to co-operation with parties in the health care sector). The work includes drafting agreements for the engagement of health care professionals, keeping registries and advising on the Health Care Sector policy. Also, legal tasks could be part of the job (contract management and legal matters such as corporate documentation, agreements etc).

You will report to the General Counsel, based in Stockholm, Sweden.

Your main responsibilities

• Compliance in Nordics.
• Participate and support legal & compliance team in audits.
• Various legal tasks can also be relevant (contract signing process and storage of contracts (digital), assist in drafting and reviewing corporate documents, including board/shareholders meeting minutes, power of attorneys etc and provide legal support with ad hoc legal matters).
