JUNIOR BUSINESS CONTROLLER

We are looking for a proactive Junior Business Controller with a mindset to grow and a strong sense of ownership. In this role, you will support our Business Controllers across a wide range of financial and operational responsibilities, gaining valuable hands-on experience along the way.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on business performance
• Support budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting
• Support of the month-end closing and reporting processes
• Reporting tools development
• Preparing financial presentations and KPI materials for different stakeholders
• Support diverse daily hands-on tasks in supporting business
• Acting as a contact person and as a link between the business and accounting

Qualifications

• Experience/Qualifications: At least 3 years of relevant financial work experience within the areas of business controlling, consultancy, auditing, or accounting
• Hands on and flexible attitude
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Fluent in Finnish and English

Education

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or another relevant field is required. An MSc. is desirable but not an absolute requirement.
