Overview

Location: Keilaniemi, Espoo

Start date: As soon as possible

Extent: Part time, 2-3 days per week

Type of work: Staffing

About the role: In this part-time role (23 days/week), you will support both quality assurance (QA) and training content creation for a growing development team working on an IAM application. You will collaborate closely with developers, learn to design and run test cases, and produce high-quality training materials to support both internal users and external partners. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the technical and creative side of product development, ranging from software testing to recording training videos.

Responsibilities
  • Design and execute test cases for the IAM application
  • Run automated tests using ServiceNow’s Automated Test Framework (ATF)
  • Report test results and document findings
  • Review and update user guides and product documentation
  • Create and update training materials and videos for new product features
  • Manage and develop learning paths in the Learning Management System (LMS)
Qualifications
  • A student or recent graduate in IT or a related field
  • Interest in software testing, QA processes, and e-learning
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken (Finnish is a big plus)
  • A quick learner with a proactive attitude
  • Basic technical understanding to learn automated testing with ATF
  • Comfortable appearing in training videos and explaining technical topics clearly
  • Previous experience with ServiceNow or ATF is valued yet not required; you can familiarize yourself through ServiceNow’s official YouTube resources
