Job summary

UPM is seeking an IT Sourcing lead to drive development and execution of IT category strategies in an international context. You will lead supplier negotiations, governance and performance management across software, cloud, IT services, infrastructure and cybersecurity.

The role collaborates with IT, Legal, Finance and Security to ensure compliant, value‑driven sourcing and build future‑ready capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

• You have experience in sourcing, procurement, supplier management or related areas in an international environment.
• You bring knowledge of IT services, software, cloud technologies, technology platforms or supplier ecosystems.
• You can develop sourcing strategies, lead negotiations and manage supplier relationships to create value.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of IT category sourcing strategies and plans.
• Drive strategic IT sourcing projects, negotiations and supplier selection.
• Enhance value through cost optimization, spend transparency and contract management.
• Strengthen supplier relationships with governance, monitoring and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate across IT, Legal, Finance, Security and stakeholders to ensure compliant end‑to‑end sourcing.
