Overview

We’re looking for an IT Service Management Specialist to join our global IT team. In this role, you will work hands-on with business applications and IT services to ensure they meet company goals and customer needs. You will also play a key role in managing and developing our IT service catalogue and Microsoft 365 environment. In this permanent position, you will work at our Lahti office, or in our other location in Finland (Espoo, Kajaani, Oulu). We work in a hybrid model. What You’ll Do
  • Maintain and develop the IT service catalogue, ensuring it is comprehensive and up to date.
  • Manage and optimize the Microsoft 365 environment, especially Teams and SharePoint, including permissions management and structural improvements.
  • Support and develop IT service management processes and tools, including ServiceNow and CMDB.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure applications and services align with business objectives
  • Apply best practices and standards in IT service management and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles and the ITIL framework. Relevant certifications in ITIL or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, particularly Teams and SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and configuration management databases (CMDB).
  • Good communication and collaboration skills in an international environment.
  • Fluent in English and Finnish.
Bonus Points For...
  • Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., PowerShell) for Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Knowledge of identity and access management (Azure AD, conditional access policies).
  • Experience with IT security best practices in cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools, especially Microsoft Power BI.
  • Understanding of integration between ITSM tools and other enterprise systems.
