Job summary

Matrix42 is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead service management and identity management projects for the German and Finnish markets. You will collaborate with sales, technical consultants, and clients to ensure successful delivery and high customer satisfaction.

The role offers a hybrid work model from Espoo, Kuopio or Frankfurt, with regular face-to-face meetings and occasional travel as projects require.

Qualifications

• Strong experience leading IT projects in direct client-facing roles.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Willingness to travel when required by projects.
• Excellent collaboration and communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of IT implementation and development projects.
• Guide and coordinate technical consultants and the project team.
• Monitor resources, budgets, and schedules to ensure targets are met.
• Conduct status meetings and report progress to steering groups and stakeholders.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and proactive communication throughout all project phases.
