Associate - Infrastructure Fund

A leading Infrastructure Fund is seeking a highly motivated Associate to join their dynamic team in Finland. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of key infrastructure investments across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial modeling, valuations, and market analysis to support investment decisions.
• Assist in deal structuring, due diligence, and execution of infrastructure transactions.
• Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for senior management and investors.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Contribute to the identification of new investment opportunities within the infrastructure space.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or infrastructure-related roles.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Finnish, Swedish, or Danish) is a must.
