Competitive salary: 68 000–75 000 € depending on your skills and experience.
Fixed-term with a path: Parental leave cover until 31 March 2027. After the interim period, we hope you’ll continue in the team by transitioning into a permanent Principal or Senior Solution Engineer role.
Impact at scale: Lead an experienced team in the service area that drives a major share of Gapps’ revenue and customer value.
Hybrid work, based in Helsinki: Work closely with your team and clients, with flexibility to combine office and remote.
Grow valued skills: Build expertise in collaboration platforms, IT change leadership, and AI adoption projects.

If you’re looking for a leadership role where you can both guide a skilled team and shape how modern collaboration platforms are used in some of Finland’s largest and most innovative organizations, this is it.
This Interim Service Lead role is about keeping projects staffed and delivered, and stepping into the heart of Gapps’ business: Google Workspace services. You’ll be leading a team in the area that has been the backbone of our company’s growth and continues to open new opportunities in sectors ranging from digital-native scaleups to the public domain.
A culture of trust and openness – responsibility is given, but you’re never left alone.
A place where failure is never personal – mistakes are seen as part of learning, and successes are shared.
The chance to grow valued expertise – from IT change leadership to AI adoption at scale, skills that few others in the market can offer.
This is a parental leave cover until 31st of March, 2027. It’s a fixed-term role, but one that gives you the chance to make a visible impact, grow as a leader, and work at the intersection of people, business outcomes, and technology.
