Job summary

Thor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own the integrated building and control systems package on a major technical construction project in Seinäjoki. You will deliver, integrate, test, commission and handover BMS, EPMS, ELV, ICT and Fire Alarm systems, ensuring safety, schedule and client standards are met.

You will lead subcontractors and system integrators, coordinate with Electrical, Mechanical and BIM teams, and report progress to project leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree or recognised qualification in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Controls, Automation or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of BMS, EPMS, HVAC controls and integrated building systems.
• Experience leading or managing complex integrated systems on major construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the Integrated Systems package from start to finish.
• Lead specialist subcontractors, vendors and system integrators with clear scopes and interfaces.
• Act as the main contact for BMS, EPMS, ELV, ICT and Fire Alarm matters.
• Drive safety, quality, performance and report progress to project leadership.
• Coordinate design development, submittals and interface registers across multiple disciplines.
