Job summary

ETS-Lindgren in Finland seeks an Installation Supervisor for a time‑limited contract to oversee customer-site installations and related manufacturing tasks at the Eura factory. The role includes training opportunities in an international company.

Applicants should have a technical installer background, experience reading drawings, basic welding skills, and RF shielding knowledge, plus good Finnish and English and a willingness to travel within Finland as needed.

Qualifications

• Formal technical training as a machine installer or equivalent.
• Experience with installation work on customer sites.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Experience with welding (MIG) is a plus.
• Knowledge of RF shielding is advantageous.
• Good communication skills in Finnish and English.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for an Installation Supervisor for a time‑being contract. We offer you interesting and varied tasks, as well as excellent opportunities to develop your own skills in an international company. If necessary, we also provide training for the work.

Tasks Include

• Installation work on our customers' sites (secondment work) on a project‑specific basis
• Manufacturing work at the Eura factory
• Other tasks assigned by the employer

To Succeed, You Should Have

• Appropriate technical training, e.g. machine installer
• Previous experience in installation works
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Experience in welding (mainly MIG) is considered a benefit
• Experience and knowledge of RF shielding
• Self‑initiative, diligence and keen approach to work
• Good communication skills
• Good Finnish and English language skills. Other language skills are considered an advantage
• Driving license
• Readiness to travel

Security Clearance

Security clearance will be made for the selected person. The selected candidate will go through security screening according to Finland’s Security Clearance Act 726/2014.
