Job summary

Nortal in Finland is seeking a senior Value Architect for our Data & AI Studio to turn operational data into measurable results across OT and IT. You will advise senior client stakeholders, frame business cases, and stay hands-on through delivery from shop floor to cloud.

You will own architecture, lead discovery workshops, support presales, and help grow the practice with reusable patterns and talks. Fluent Finnish and English required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Senior background in manufacturing operations management and industrial data with business acumen.
• Experience across more than one industry and speaking the customer’s language from day one.
• Proven track record of growing trusted client relationships and delivering outcomes.
• Consultative mindset; able to connect business strategy, operating model, data and technology.
• Industrial platform familiarity across OT/IT (edge to cloud) and standard like ISA-95/88.
• Applied AI experience with production deployments; GenAI is a plus.
• Excellent communication in Finnish and English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients and shape strategies and roadmaps, connecting priorities to data and AI outcomes.
• Lead discovery and design workshops, assess OT/IT landscape, and produce edge-to-cloud target architecture and roadmap.
• Own architecture across IT and OT, guiding delivery and governance while staying hands-on.
• Support presales, contribute to proposals and value cases, and share learnings through talks and writing.
