Job summary

Metso seeks a Technology Manager, Industrial Filtration, to deliver technology and process support for MA sales in complex chemical and hydrometallurgical cases, driving growth in the industrial filtration sector. The role requires clear communication across audiences and the flexibility to work from a Metso office or remotely in a hybrid model.

The incumbent will supervise market-area strategies, contribute to product development, and ensure profitability while aligning with FDA, GMP, ATEX

Qualifications

Bachelor (B.Sc.) or Master (M.Sc.) in Chemical, Metallurgical or Mechanical discipline or equivalent experience.
At least 5+ years in industrial/chemical processes, mineral processing or process engineering.
Excellent communication skills in English; able to work across cultures and time zones.

Responsibilities

Develop and coach industrial filtration to support front-end and technical sales teams.
Support Market Areas for high-growth capital equipment sales and profitability growth.
Contribute to product strategies, technical and commercial selling frameworks.
Conduct market, customer and competitor analyses and drive customer centricity.
Lead技术 and process leadership in customer offerings and product portfolio improvements.
Provide input for product management and R&D plans and support marketing and sales.
