Job summary

Outokumpu Oyj in Tornio invites an electronics technician to join the Maintenance team in Factory Services on a permanent basis. You will maintain, diagnose, repair and improve industrial video surveillance, radio-control devices, radios, and related equipment to support safe, reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Suitable technical education.
• Experience in maintenance of electrical devices, fault repair and fault finding.
• Ability to read technical documents and wiring diagrams.
• Basic IT skills and familiarity with IP-based systems.
• Proactive and responsible attitude with good collaboration and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Installing, servicing and repairing camera and video surveillance systems.
• Maintaining radio communication systems and equipment.
• Performing preventive maintenance and fault repairs.
• Diagnosing and resolving fault and disturbance situations.
• Contributing to system development, commissioning, modernization, documentation and maintenance reporting.
• Cooperating closely with production departments.
