Job summary

SEB is seeking a Sourcing & Category Manager within Group Procurement to lead category strategies and multi-year roadmaps for indirect spend. You will drive demand, market, and TCO analyses and define supplier models across Marketing, Professional Services, and Insurance, collaborating with Finance and other functions to ensure cost efficiency and sustainable value.

You will be part of SEB’s Group Procurement, working with teams across Sweden and international sites, shaping procurement

Qualifications

• Proven track record within the Procurement field.
• Experience driving sourcing and procurement projects.
• Experience in collecting and analyzing data and presenting insights.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop category strategies and multi-year roadmaps.
• Perform demand, market and TCO analyses.
• Define supplier models and sourcing strategies within assigned category.
• Decide when sourcing activities are required and how they are classified.
• Act as commercial owner for categories and supplier portfolios.
• Responsible for value realization and risk mitigation at category level.
• Define sourcing strategy for strategic projects.
• Prepare RFx inputs and supplier portfolios.
• Develop negotiation tactics.
• Collaborate with other functions to assess risks of strategic vendors.
