Job summary

The Care Company is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our community rehabilitation team providing home-based services across the Central Region. This casual role can be filled as an employee or independent contractor, offering autonomy to manage your own caseload with professional support.

Responsibilities include comprehensive home assessments, evidence-based treatment planning, and ongoing mobility and functional recovery strategies.

Qualifications

• Registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO).
• Experience in home/community care preferred.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home physiotherapy assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide follow-up visits including therapeutic exercise, gait training, and falls prevention.
• Educate clients and caregivers to promote long-term independence at home.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and caseload management.
