Job summary

Aalto University IT Services is looking for an IAM Team Lead in Espoo to shape the long-term strategy for Identity and Access Management. You will develop roadmaps, align with security and user experience goals, and lead the IAM team while managing vendors and cross-team collaboration.

The role combines technical IAM expertise with strategic leadership, working with One Identity, Microsoft Entra ID and Shibboleth. Fluency in English is required; Finnish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing a long-term vision and steering IAM development.
• Leadership experience with line management or project leadership.
• Technical IAM expertise with modern identity platforms (One Identity, Entra ID, Shibboleth).
• Experience driving large projects in complex organisations.

Responsibilities

• Set long-term IAM strategy and develop roadmaps for implementation.
• Lead the IAM expert team as a line manager and oversee vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure IAM meets organisational needs and security requirements.
• Drive development initiatives and communicate both technical and business needs clearly.
