Job summary

If Insurance is seeking an IAM Success Manager to drive adoption, engagement and continuous improvement across IAM services and products. You will work with business stakeholders, technology teams, product managers, architects and end users to ensure IAM delivers value and evolves with business needs.

You do not need to be a deep IAM expert from day one, more important is your ability to collaborate with different stakeholders, understand user needs, drive improvements, and help others succeed.

About The Role

As an IAM Success Manager, you will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, product managers, architects, and end users across the organization.

The role combines elements of product management, service management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and change enablement. You will contribute to ensuring that IAM services deliver value, are understood by their users, and continue to evolve based on business needs and feedback.

You will help connect business and technology perspectives, support adoption of IAM capabilities, contribute to communication and awareness activities, and participate in shaping the future direction of identity-related services for human and non-human identities.

Additional Facts And The Recruitment Process

Travelling: Required in the Nordic & Baltic countries, 4-5 times a year.
