Job summary

CapMan, a leading Nordic private assets manager, invites you to join as a Business Intelligence Intern in the BI team. You will gain hands-on experience in data management, reporting, and automation for private equity and real estate funds.

You will work with the CapMan Group on data planning and development, collaborating with investment teams in Europe. This 10-month internship starts February–March 2027 with 2–3 days/week during term and full-time in the summer.

Qualifications

• Late-stage studies in economics or business administration with focus on data & analytics.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of a Nordic language or German is a plus.
• Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Develop, automate, and assist with reporting for private equity and real estate funds.
• Plan, maintain, and improve data management and governance.
• Collaborate with investment teams across Europe to ensure timely data delivery.
• Support the BI team in data warehouse-related tasks and reporting automation.
