Job summary

CapMan in Helsinki is seeking a Marketing & Communications Intern to join the Marketing & Communications team. You will assist in creating and distributing content across external and internal channels, ensuring CapMan’s achievements and expertise are showcased and communicated clearly and effectively, while receiving guidance to grow as a communications professional.

About the team

The role of the Marketing and Communications is to convey and spread CapMan’s strategy, values, objectives and achievements accurately and effectively to our stakeholders.

The goal is to build a strong distinctive brand, increase awareness and interest to support growth.

As a member of the team, you will have an opportunity to work across multi-channel communications for a listed company in an international environment.

About the role

In this role you will play a vital role in supporting our communications efforts. You will assist in creating and distributing content across both external and internal channels, ensuring that our achievements and expertise are showcased and communicated in a clear, impactful, and engaging manner, while receiving support and guidance to grow as a communications professional.

The key responsibilities may include e.g.;

• Participate in external and internal content planning
• Assist in content development and drafting news, announcements, and updates
• Update company website and publishing content on our social media channels
• Distribution of press releases
• Support in proofreading and editing documents to ensure accuracy and consistency in our messaging, as well as update presentations and visual materials
• Participate in content productions, photo and video shoots
• Research, media monitoring and analysis

This role will give you an opportunity to work with various stakeholders across CapMan’s organization including all different business teams and markets.
