Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Office and basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Represent Baker Distributing Company at the sales counter to maximize sales.
• Interact with internal and outside salespeople, vendors, and contractors.
• Merchandise showroom and restock products; assist customers in sourcing parts.
• Process sales orders and upsell related items.
• Assist walk-in and telephone customers; manage inventory and shipping needs.
• Research product needs via computer, catalog, or reference sources.
• Maintain organized shelves and uphold safety and PPE guidelines.
• Conduct outbound calls and address customer inquiries and complaints.
