Job summary

Neste is seeking an HSSEQ Manager in Espoo to lead safety, health, environment, and quality initiatives across Estonia and support M&S in Finland. You will drive safety data management, training, and compliance with corporate standards.

The role reports to the Head of HSSEQ and involves collaboration with internal teams and authorities to advance continuous improvement and robust safety practices.

Qualifications

• Several years of proven HSSEQ experience in safety-critical industries or process industries.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001 or ISO 14001 requirements.
• Strong ability to drive improvements and lead multiple high-priority projects.

Responsibilities

• Regional HSSEQ oversight across Estonia and support Finland.
• Provide hands-on support to M&S businesses, logistics and terminal teams.
• Develop and deliver HSSEQ procedures and training to foster safety culture.
• Collaborate with internal teams, corporate experts and regulatory authorities.
• Collect, analyze and report HSSEQ metrics and lessons learned.
• Drive continuous improvement of safety and quality management systems.
