Job summary

BMI Group, based in Espoo, Finland, is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead Health, Safety and Environment operations across the country. You will act as the primary HS&E contact, overseeing the plant, warehouse facilities and installation activities while partnering with HR to drive safety initiatives.

Reporting to the Nordic HSE Manager in Sweden, you will implement ISO 14001 and 45001, run risk assessments, coordinate training, and monitor KPIs.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Finnish and professional English.
• Experience implementing ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Experience in international, multi-site businesses.
• Strong IT skills with Google Workspace or MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HSE operations across Finland including plant, warehouse and installation businesses.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and develop safety programs.
• Lead risk assessments, audits, incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Develop and track annual HSE action plans and KPIs.
• Deliver HSE training and participate in cross-site knowledge sharing.
