Job summary

ewi Recruitment is seeking experienced HSE Advisors to join a major hyperscale data centre construction project in Finland and work on a Tier 1 contractor team. The role includes a 17 days on / 4 days off rotation, flights provided, and single, fully furnished accommodation with a tax-free living allowance.

Permanent contract with opportunities to influence health, safety and environmental standards across a flagship European project.

• Proven experience on large-scale data centre or industrial construction projects.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-value construction environments across Europe.

Requirements

• Relevant Health & Safety qualifications
• Previous experience within Data Centre § Pharmaceutical, or large-scale industrial construction projects
• Proven track record working on major construction projects across Europe
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working within fast-paced, high-value construction environments
