As a strategic HR Business Partner, you will align people strategies with business objectives, driving talent development, leadership effectiveness, and organizational transformation. You’ll lead core HR functions such as workforce planning, compensation, and employee relations, while using data and insights to support proactive, informed decision-making. This role requires strong stakeholder management, confident communication, and the ability to navigate both global and local contexts with consistency and compliance. The role is a 12-month fixed-term position.
