Job summary

MTV Oy in Helsinki seeks an HR Systems & Integration Specialist to bridge IT, HR and the business, actively configuring systems and managing integrations in a hands-on role. You will own and develop the HR technology landscape, including architecture, integrations, workflows and data flows, ensuring scalability, security and compliance while collaborating with Nordic teams.

Qualifications

Degree in IT, HR systems, or related field.
Several years of experience in HR systems, solution management, or application architecture.
Strong understanding of integrations, data flows, workflows, and enterprise application landscapes.
Experience with Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own and develop the HR technology landscape, including architecture, integrations, workflows, and data flows.
Ensure systems are scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with business and technology strategies.
Manage application lifecycle activities, including updates, testing, deployments, and operational reliability.
Translate HR and business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Drive data quality, integration governance, and compliance with security standards.
Coordinate with vendors, developers, infrastructure, and security teams.
Maintain technical documentation and architectural transparency.
