Location: Head Office Tripla, Helsinki, Finland

Are you ready to play a key role in shaping employee experience and supporting business growth? We’re looking for a HR Specialist to join our HR team in Finland and help us build a future-focused, people-first organization. This is a fixed-term role as parental leave cover from December 2025 to March 2027—a fantastic opportunity to gain broad HR exposure, work on exciting projects, and make a real impact across our organization.

In this role you will support and coordinate a broad range of HR functions across the organization, with a focus on operational excellence, strategic HR initiatives, and the seamless execution of people-related processes and events. You will participate in the continuous development and improvement of HR policies, practices, and tools, ensuring they remain aligned with organizational goals and evolving employee needs.

You will work closely with our HR Community of 20 professionals, partner with leaders and employees, and collaborate with external partners.

Overview

Your key responsibilities

Talent & Mobility
  • Oversee international mobility processes across the organization and coordinate collaboration with our external partner
  • Coordinate St1’s talent programs and development initiatives
  • Coordinate group training programs including onboarding and leadership development programs
  • Support specified local organizations with resourcing and recruitment activities and coordinate our external partner’s work
HR Operations & Systems
  • Serve as the Workday Superuser in our Workday Superuser Community, providing expert-level support and guidance
  • Maintain and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of employee and organizational data across multiple HR systems
  • Manage local people reporting and statistics, including local HSSE-related data and CSRD reporting
  • Manage some of our people benefits like employee insurances and company leasing cars and contribute to the continuous development and improvement of related policies and procedures
Employee experience & Engagement
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts, including university partnerships and the roll-out of the Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
  • Support selected businesses in recruitment and resourcing activities and steer the work of our external recruitment partner.
  • Organize and coordinate some specified St1 people events
To succeed in this role, you have
