HR & Office Manager – Join Our Growing Team!
We’re looking for a skilled and proactive HR & Office Manager to take ownership of HR operations and employee experience across FootBalance, while managing day-to-day office operations at our HQ in Tammisto, Vantaa.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for HR matters, ensuring smooth processes, compliance, and an engaging employee experience across our international teams. You’ll also play an important role in shaping and building out HR practices for our growing business. Alongside this, you’ll oversee the running of our office in Tammisto, Vantaa, making it a productive and welcoming space for our people.

We provide a unique health-based fitting experience utilizing advanced 3D foot scanning technology, biomechanical foot analysis, and personalized product recommendations.
