HR & Office Manager – Join Our Growing Team!

We’re looking for a skilled and proactive HR & Office Manager to take ownership of HR operations and employee experience across FootBalance, while managing day-to-day office operations at our HQ in Tammisto, Vantaa.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for HR matters, ensuring smooth processes, compliance, and an engaging employee experience across our international teams. You’ll also play an important role in shaping and building out HR practices for our growing business. Alongside this, you’ll oversee the running of our office in Tammisto, Vantaa, making it a productive and welcoming space for our people.

FootBalance is a pioneering company envisioning a world where everyone moves on healthier feet. We provide a unique health-based fitting experience utilizing advanced 3D foot scanning technology, biomechanical foot analysis, and personalized product recommendations. We are currently present in over 40 countries and 1,500 distribution points.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage HR operations and employee experience across Finland, the UK, US, Germany, Sweden, and Denmark
  • Ensure HR processes, contracts, and policies are compliant and support business growth in all jurisdictions
  • Take the lead in designing and rolling out international HR initiatives — from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, employee engagement, and learning & development — building scalable processes for the future
  • Partner with managers and leadership to provide practical, trusted HR support and guidance
  • Manage payroll processes with local providers and oversee benefits administration
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, supporting employees and managers with timely, clear advice
  • Oversee office management in our Tammisto HQ, including facilities, suppliers, and employee experience on site
What We’re Looking For:
  • 7+ years’ HR experience, including hands-on delivery and advisory work, ideally across multiple markets
  • Strong working knowledge of Finnish employment law and exposure to international HR practices
  • Confidence to work autonomously and take ownership of HR operations in a growing business
  • Ability to build scalable processes and policies to support future growth
  • Experience in office management, facilities, or operations is an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and geographies
  • Proactive, organised, and comfortable taking the lead in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
  • Native or full professional level in English (spoken and written); Finnish is an advantage
  • Valid work permit for Finland (unfortunately we cannot provide sponsorship)
