HR Manager/ People Business Enabler

to join our Lubrication business in Muurame. You will play a key role in both Sales and Manufacturing. In addition to supporting our Finnish operations, you'll also contribute to regional and global PX (People Experience) projects for Lubrication.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Enable business success and support leaders by developing our people, organizational capabilities and efficiency.
• Initiate activities to boost engagement and cultivate a skilled and motivated workforce.
• Strive for a diverse workforce with an inclusive culture that enhances the employee experience with activities such as SKF Team Pulse assessments.
• Apply and ensure that we follow rules and policies.
• Represent the employer in local union negotiations including cooperation with the employee.

You'll be part of the local management team and be an integral member of our global PX community in Lubrication.

Your Profile:

• A master’s or bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, along with extensive working experience as an HR professional.
• The ability to navigate a matrix organization, establishing strong working relations and influencing and creating shared commitments.
• Experience using people analytics tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Power BI) to drive data-driven decision-making and promote digital transformation.
• Good understanding of Finnish labor law and experience in union negotiations.
• High energy, integrity, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving, balancing simplicity with compliance with laws and policies.
• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
