A leading agricultural solutions company in Finland is seeking an HR Advisor to manage the employee lifecycle including recruitment and onboarding. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor in HR, with at least 3 years of experience in recruitment, strong interviewing skills, and fluency in English and Finnish. Within Yara Europe, HR Regional Operations ensures smooth processes, high-quality data, and efficient services across all HR functions. People Resourcing team, part of this unit, is now looking for a new HR Advisor to join the team.
People Resourcing oversees the full employee lifecycle, providing six key services: Recruitment, Onboarding, Offboarding, Employer Branding, Employee Retention Management, and Workforce Management. In this role, the team not only supports managers and employees with inquiries and concerns but also engages with internal customers to address their business needs through People Resourcing processes. HR Advisor will act as a subject matter expert for these processes.
We are looking for an independent HR professional with an expertise in managing HR compliance and HR processes, while effectively developing and nurturing good stakeholder relationships.
