Job summary

Siskon Siivous Oy in Oulu is seeking a Housekeeping Team Leader Trainee to begin in October 2026. The role blends leadership development with hands-on cleaning service oversight in a busy, customer-focused team.

You will learn to supervise daily operations, ensure safety and high quality, and support the team to meet customer expectations. Start date: 5.10.2026; location: Oulu; hourly wage: 13.22 €/hour; 10 hours per week, Monday–Sunday, day shifts.

We are now looking for **Housekeeping Team Leader- Trainee to Oulu**

**What does your workday look like?**

As a **Housekeeping Team Leader Trainee**, you will learn the key responsibilities involved in ensuring our cleaning services meet the highest standards. You will support the Housekeeping team and develop your leadership skills. During the trainee period, you will also learn how to ensure the safe and efficient use of cleaning equipment through regular inspections and maintenance. In addition, you will gain experience in ensuring that customer expectations are met and that daily operations run smoothly.

You will succeed in your job if you have:

• Experience in housekeeping and team leadership
• A reliable, dedicated and detail-oriented approach to work
