Job summary

Haawe Boutique Apartment Hotel in the center of Rovaniemi is seeking a receptionist+housekeeper, either part-time or full-time. The role combines 50% reception with 50% housekeeping (or 100% housekeeping).

You will greet guests, assist and guide them, prep rooms, handle emails and calls for the receptionist side, and perform related housekeeping tasks as needed. Working time includes daytime hours with flexibility, weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills are helpful for guest interactions.
• Hotel industry experience is a plus for smooth operations.
• Valid Finnish work permit is required to work in Finland.
• Finnish and English language skills are advantageous.

• Room preparation (putting food) and inspecting every detail of the room before guests check-in.
• Greet and welcome the guests.

Haawe Boutique Apartment Hotel is located in the center of Rovaniemi, Haawe is a design hotel inspired by the nature of magical Lapland with thirteen themed rooms each having its own story.

Now we are looking for a receptionist+housekeeper (part-time or full-time) to work with us.

Receptionist (ca. 50%) + Housekeeping (ca. 50%) Or Housekeeping (100%):

• Room preparation (putting food) and inspecting every detail of the room before guests check-in.
• Greet and welcome the guests
• Assisting and guiding guests
• Handling emails and phone calls (receptionist only)
• Customer service
• Housekeeping and other tasks in need.

Further Personal Assets

• Positive attitude & Customer-oriented
• Good customer service skills and experience working within the hotel industry are a plus
• Knowledge of Rovaniemi city is a plus.
• Valid Finnish work permit required.
• Finnish, English, and other language skills are considered an advantage
