Job summary

N-C-Clean Oy in Saariselkä seeks an energetic seasonal housekeeper for the winter season 2026-2027. You will maintain the cleanliness and comfort of hotel rooms, apartments and cabins, contributing to high quality standards and customer satisfaction with careful workmanship.

Shifts are mainly morning and afternoon/evening, with variation by property. The fixed-term part-time contract (5-30 hours/week) runs from November through April, with hours typically 9:00-17:00 or 16:00-20:00/22:00.

Qualifications

• Finnish and/or English language skills are required.
• Driving licence.
• Valid work permit for Finland (for non-Finnish citizens).

Job description

We are looking for energetic seasonal workers for Saariselkä for the winter season 2026-2027. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of hotel rooms, apartments and cabins, contributing to high quality standards and directly impacting customer satisfaction with careful workmanship.

Shifts are mainly morning and afternoon/evening, weekdays and weekends vary by property. The role includes cleaning hotel rooms, apartments and cottages, public areas, kitchens and meeting facilities, plus possible breakfast service.

We offer a fixed-term part-time contract (5-30 hours per week) from November through April, varied hours (9:00-17:00 or 16:00-20:00/22:00), opportunities to work at nearby destinations, onboarding through our renewed onboarding path and N-Clean Academy, no prior experience required, potential to continue after the season, and pay according to the Property Services TES (€11.33-€13.88/hour).
