Job summary

One Click LCA is seeking an experienced security professional to serve as Head of Security, leading security across our SaaS products and internal IT. This full-time, permanent role is hybrid for candidates based in Helsinki, with preference for EU citizens eligible for security clearances.

You will own security strategy, hands-on application security, incident response, and audits (ISO 27001, SOC 2). You’ll report to the CTO and lead a security analyst, shaping security across a fast-growing

Qualifications

• Experience securing cloud and production infrastructure in a DevOps environment.
• Ability to influence security decisions without owning systems.
• Strong written and spoken communication with executives.

Responsibilities

• Own security as a discipline across product and company perspectives, setting strategy and policy.
• Lead hands-on application security: threat modelling, secure design, code review, and pen tests.
• Oversee incident response end-to-end, including plans and tabletop exercises.
• Manage ISO 27001, SOC 2 and other renewals; support customer security reviews and audits.
• Collaborate with platform, internal IT and support to secure systems and processes.
• Support GDPR/data protection obligations.
• Mentor and manage the security analyst supporting your area.
