Head of Security Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Head of Security to lead our information security efforts and serve as the primary representative for our customers, media, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as the spokesperson for security towards Vincit customers and media.
2. Serve as a counterpart for Vincit customers' security leaders and manage information security partners by defining roles, responsibilities, and processes.
3. Drive improvements in security best practices at the offering stage, including customer-related security aspects.
4. Contribute to the development of Vincit's security initiatives and integrated management system.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in senior Information Security roles with a deep understanding of security principles and strategic application.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Finnish and English.
• A proven track record of implementing comprehensive information security programs in consulting environments.
• Familiarity with security needs in manufacturing and the public sector.
• Understanding of security in SAP, Microsoft ecosystems, custom development, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Solid knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001:2022, including implementation and audit processes.
• Ability to apply security frameworks like SOC-2, Vahti, KataKri, and PiTuKri for compliance and best practices.
