What You Will Be Working On
  • Launch, lead, and scale GlobalConnect’s MDU business in Finland
  • Build and grow a high-performing sales and delivery team (starting with ~5 FTEs)
  • Own the MDU go-to-market strategy—from tactical plans to on-the-ground execution
  • Drive the full sales cycle: coach the team, improve sales processes, and close major housing association and municipality deals
  • Define and track performance metrics like activated MDU’s, monthly recurring revenue, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with management to continuously improve product offering and market approach
  • Be a strong local leader and team builder—working cross-functionally to unite operations, sales, and support
