We are looking for an experienced, people-focused Head of B2B to drive growth and lead our B2B team in Finland. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an international organization, where you will have the support and collaboration of a global team while enjoying the autonomy to shape the future of your market.

About The Role

As Head of B2B, you will lead and inspire a high-performing team in a collaborative, dynamic, and results-driven environment. With the backing of a well-established international business, you will implement sales strategies, develop your team, and drive business growth. You will play a key role in achieving our ambitious goals while ensuring the highest standards of customer engagement and sales excellence.

You will contribute and make an impact in many ways:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Managers and Key Account Managers, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
  • Take ownership of budget planning and goal setting, ensuring the team meets its sales and growth targets.
  • Implement data-driven sales strategies to drive revenue and market expansion in Finland.
  • Ensure the effective use of CRM systems and structured sales processes to maximize team efficiency and performance.
  • Work closely with the international sales team in Europe and other functions within EasyPark.
  • Represent the Finnish market within the international business, collaborating with global teams to share best practices and achieve success.

  • Proven success in B2B sales leadership, with a strong track record of driving growth and exceeding business goals.
  • Experience leading teams, with the ability to inspire, develop, and guide your team to success.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to sales strategy and decision-making.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative mindset and a humble attitude.
  • Fluent in Finnish and English.
  • Passion for working in a global environment, eager to contribute to a dynamic and international workplace.
