Job summary

Soho House & Co. seeks a Front Desk Agent to greet members and hotel guests, check them in, assist with inquiries, and process payments with shift-end balancing. You will know the property layout, available amenities, dining options, and coworking spaces to ensure a seamless guest experience.

The ideal candidate is hospitable, proactive, and able to multi-task in fast-paced environments. Experience with OpenTable, Salesforce, Google Sheets, or Opera is a plus, along with strong communication

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of similar or customer service experience.
• Ability to multi-task and handle high-volume inquiries professionally.
• Detail oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Check members in and hotel guests, provide top-notch service from entry.
• Perform concierge duties including bookings (cars, shows, restaurants, spa).
• Answer emails and inquiries; print/scan documents for guests.
• Communicate updates across departments to manage workflows.
• Handle billing inquiries and maintain secure handling of lost cards.
