Capalo AI is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand into new markets and drive growth for Capalo Zeus VPP™. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with potential customers, and own the sales cycle from first contact to signed agreements.

You will research markets, understand customer needs, and present tailored commercial solutions, while traveling to meet clients and participate in industry events. English fluency required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B sales or similar customer-facing role.
• Sales-driven mindset with the confidence to approach new customers and close deals.
• Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into commercial solutions.
• Structured approach to managing a sales pipeline and following up with customers.
• Interest in the energy sector and motivation to learn electricity markets and energy storage.
• Comfort working with customers across different markets, environments and cultures.
• Comfort using modern software and AI in daily work.
• Willingness to travel frequently to meet customers and attend industry events.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• Research new markets, identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities.
• Proactively reach out to prospective customers, initiate commercial discussions and build long-term relationships.
• Understand each customer's business, priorities and challenges to identify value opportunities.
• Present Capalo Zeus VPP™ in a customer-relevant way.
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to negotiations and signed agreements.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and convert interest into opportunities.
• Gather market insights to shape Capalo AI's market entry approach.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and CRM updates.
• Develop a strong understanding of Capalo Zeus VPP™, electricity markets and industry trends.
