Job summary

Nomentia in Finland invites an experienced Group Legal and Privacy Manager to partner with Sales, Product, Finance, Security and Leadership—owning commercial agreements, enabling compliant growth and leading privacy and compliance across Finland and Europe.

This hands-on role requires balancing risk with business needs, building scalable legal processes, templates and CLM tools, and mentoring one direct report while driving practical, business‑enabled solutions.

Qualifications

5-8+ years of post-qualification experience in SaaS or tech.
Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial and SaaS agreements.
Strong drafting skills with attention to detail and commercial context.

Responsibilities

Lead commercial legal work by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of agreements (customer, vendor, partnership, licensing, and SaaS).
Support growth by partnering with Sales, Product, Security, and Technology teams.
Own GDPR and privacy topics and ensure regulatory compliance.
Develop and maintain contract templates, frameworks, and best practices; support CLM tooling.
Oversee third-party and vendor compliance and data breach/regulatory investigations.
