ELIXIA is seeking inspiring and proactive instructors to influence well-being and create memorable experiences. The role focuses on mornings and Saturdays and is part-time, with employment through a stable organization across 270 centres.

You will lead sessions, manage music and equipment, and ensure safety while engaging with members in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Over 18 years old.
• Certificate in basic sports theory, anatomy, and physiology (or willingness to complete a self-funded online course).
• Good Finnish language skills for training and internal communication.
• Athletic, encouraging, self-driven, and responsible.
• Brave, outgoing, and eager to develop presentation skills.
• Strong technical skills and flexibility.
